Maybe you don’t think you have an eating disorder but know that you’re eating habits have changed and become more restricted or controlled, and you can’t seem to relax around food like you used to.
Maybe you’ve noticed things getting a little bit worse, day by day, week by week, and that little fear is starting to grow into something bigger. You might be scared that what started as a few tweaks to your diet or exercise regime, is becoming an overwhelming force, and you’re worried about where it’s all heading, but you are feeling powerless to stop it.
This may be because of life pressures, life changes or for a reason you really don’t understand yet.
My eating disorder started this way in my late teens, when life started to feel a bit more scary and pressurised as I ventured out into the world. Research shows that disordered eating can lead to an eating disorder the longer the disordered eating goes on.
If this resonates with you, I can help you to reframe the beliefs you have may formed about food or your body, and get you back to someone free to explore the exciting world that awaits you, rather then falling more into the control of the eating disorder .
If anything you have read resonates with you and you are ready for a new life free of
