I believe in food freedom, so my approach is about getting rid of strict meal plans, calorie counting and target weights (a life controlled through numbers).
This is known as “all in recovery” where:
“All in” is both a physical and mental commitment to recovery, it is a mindset that makes you capable of real change. If you are sick of your life being controlled by a rigid structure around food, this is a great option for you. Also “all in“ can change your life dramatically in so many ways, as a mindset it can help you fully commit to change all the areas in your life that hold you back, and feel confident to go “all in“ to a life that serves you.
Please know that “all in” can still go at your pace, so please don’t be scared, as long as you want to just get rid of the rules around food and restriction then we can get you to a place of freedom. I believe this is the best way to recover both physically and mentally from a restrictive eating disorder.
I cannot recover for you, no one recovered for me, this path is not a straight one and there are bumps along the way.
So I will need a commitment from you to do the hard work it takes, and if you can give me that, I will give you all my care, compassion, support and encouragement until together we get you to recovery and a life freer and more empowering than you can even imagine now.
